The weekend crowds which gather to Peter Scullin Reserve now have extra shelter thanks to two Provincial Shelters from Furphy Foundry.
The popular park, located next to the beach and Mordialloc Pier in Melbourne, is a magnet for young families thanks to the large ship-themed playground.
Picnic Settings (already supplied by Furphy’s) and Furphy Barbecues are now sheltered under the 5m x 5m Provincial Shelters, constructed of mild steel (hot-dipped galvanized), and treated pine timber rafters.
The beams were painted in Wedgewood, while posts and the louvre screen were painted in Surfmist. The Provincial Shelter is a smart looking addition to any open space and works beautifully with Furphy’s Picnic Settings and Drinking Fountains.
