Amongst hundreds of new housing blocks, there is one, featured parkland in Fairland’s new Aspire Estate in Griffin.
Located just north of Brisbane, the estate’s landscape managers sought Furphy’s to maximise the appeal of this park, which no doubt will be frequented by many families of the 200-odd lot estate.
With its projected heavy usage, durability and vandal resistance were also key considerations for choosing Furphy Foundry.
Fairland’s choice of furniture was the sophisticated Fulcrum Picnic Setting, several stand-alone Fulcrum Seats, and a Furphy Litter Receptacle, all of which blend beautifully into the estate’s view over neighbourhood bushland.
The non-corrosive cast aluminium and hardwood timber slats featured in the Fulcrum are idea for such environments as Griffin which neighbours Moreton Bay. Cutek Extreme CD50 is used on the hardwood to enhance the timber grain and extend the furniture’s life.
