New estates: Build it and they will come
At the time of taking the photos, this beautiful family park in the northern Brisbane suburb of Griffin may have been the least used in the state.
While there are few visitors using the park yet, developers of the new Aspire residential estate know that establishing such hospitable and inviting open spaces will assist in drawing families to the area.
Stylish and appealing park furniture is key, and that’s why the developers called upon Furphy Foundry to supply picnic settings, a seat and bin receptacles. Two cantilever shelters by Landmark Products are also on site.
Three Fulcrum picnic settings, are installed in the park, complete with stained timber slats and mill finished, cast aluminium frame.
A 1.8 metre Fulcrum seat with stainless steel arm rests is installed overlooking the playground, and two 240L Corso general litter receptacles are available to keep the park clean.
More and more Queensland customers are finding the superior quality of Furphy park and street furniture their preference.
